Auto-digitizing may only work for very simple designs with large fills on stable fabrics. It fails on small text, detailed designs, 3D puff, or stretch fabrics where manual digitizing is required for production reliability.

No. All designs are 100% manually digitized in Wilcom V9 and E2 by expert digitizers. No auto-digitizing, auto fonts, or automated stitch generation is used.

Manual embroidery digitizing is done by a skilled digitizer who builds every stitch path by hand using Wilcom V9 and E2, controlling underlay, density, pull compensation and stitch direction. AI auto-digitizing uses software algorithms to generate stitch paths automatically without human control, often leading to poor density, weak underlay and small-text issues.
