No. Rush delivery in 1 to 2 hours is available at no extra cost on every order. Just note RUSH when placing your order and your file is prioritised in the queue.
We offer unlimited free revisions on all orders rather than refunds. If a file has a digitizing error on our part, we fix it at no cost. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuinely unresolvable issues.
We accept payment by credit card and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at order time. For monthly subscription plans, billing is automatic on your renewal date.
Standard turnaround is 2 to 4 hours from artwork approval. Rush turnaround in 1 to 2 hours is available at no extra cost. Complex jacket back designs with high stitch counts may take 4 to 8 hours on standard service.
We deliver DST, PES, EMB, JEF, VP3, EXP, VIP, HUS, XXX and all other major embroidery formats. Tell us your machine brand and we match the format. All formats are included in your order price at no extra charge.
A minor revision is any adjustment to the digitizing file based on the original brief: stitch density adjustment, underlay correction, size adjustment within 10 percent, colour sequence change, or small element repositioning. Minor revisions are free and unlimited. A new design brief or complete redesign is a new order.
$5 flat-rate digitizing is done by auto-digitizing software, not by hand. Auto-digitized files produce incorrect density, missing underlay and unreadable small text. They fail in production. Our files start at $15 and are 100% manually built in Wilcom V9 and E2 by one of our 38 expert digitizers. The price difference is the difference between a file that runs clean and a file that causes thread breaks.
