Delivery on Time
Standard delivery is 2 to 4 hours from artwork approval. Rush delivery is 1 to 2 hours at no extra charge. If we commit to a turnaround, we meet it.

How Our Quality Control Works
It follows a strict sequence for every production order. No file is delivered without completing every step in this process.
Artwork Review
We review every uploaded file before starting. Resolution, design clarity, colour count and complexity are assessed. If the file quality is too low for accurate digitizing, we contact you before we begin.
Manual Digitizing in Wilcom V9 and E2
Every stitch path is built by hand. Underlay type, density, pull compensation and stitch direction are all set manually by expert digitizers. No auto-digitizing is used at any stage.
Internal Quality Review
The completed file is reviewed by a second digitizer before delivery. We check stitch count, colour sequence, underlay types and format compatibility with your machine.
Digital Pre-Delivery
The file is previewed in simulation before final delivery. We ensure sew-out accuracy matches your design expectations and make corrections if required.
Final File Delivery
DST, PES and EMB files are delivered together. Colour worksheets are included with all DST files. All revisions are free and follow the same turnaround time.
Post-Delivery Support
If anything needs adjustment after delivery, contact us and we fix it at no extra cost with no restrictions or time limits.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only if the final file does not match your requirements and the issue cannot be resolved through revisions. No refunds apply for incorrect details provided by the client. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Free Revisions
Unlimited revisions are provided before approving a refund. Revisions cover adjustments within the original brief only. A completely new design brief is treated as a new order.
Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds are issued for change of mind after delivery, incorrect information provided at order time, or cases where files were approved before production.
