Every design is 100% manually digitized by one of our 38 expert digitizers in Wilcom V9 and E2. We do not use auto-digitizing software, auto fonts or any automated stitch generation on any order, regardless of price or complexity.
Yes. We specialise in technically demanding digitizing including 3D puff cap logos, small lettering down to 3mm, jacket back large-format designs and applique digitizing. Complex designs are assessed individually and priced before work begins.
We offer unlimited free revisions on all orders. If a file has a digitizing error caused by our team, we fix it at no cost. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuinely unresolvable issues.
For standard cap and left chest logos, the price is a flat $15 with no quote required. For jacket backs and complex designs, upload your artwork using our contact form or order form and we will confirm the price within 30 minutes before any work begins. You can also call us for an immediate quote.
Standard turnaround is 2 to 4 hours from artwork approval. Rush delivery in 1 to 2 hours is available at no extra cost. Just note RUSH in your order or message.
We deliver DST, PES, EMB, JEF, VP3, EXP, VIP, HUS, XXX and all other major embroidery formats. Tell us your machine brand and model and we match the format. All formats are included in your order price.
Free unlimited revisions are included on every order. If your file needs adjustment after your first sew-out, contact us with the specific change required and we will update the file at no extra charge. Revisions are processed within 2 to 4 hours.
